Reveal's next event is an inspiring evening of artists presentations and thought provoking conversations by West Somerset Artists.

At 9.00pm in the auditorium, Joseph Buckler will re present his composition M-U-L-T-P-L-A-Y-E-R-#-4, a composition experimenting with interaction between performers via a system of cues. Joseph is a composer who makes modular, series and soundtrack compositions and this original work has been written for Joseph’s PhD at Bath Spa University.

Homecoming Somerset: The Exhibition 17/09 - 02/10

Homecoming: The Exhibition is now hung! Open from now onwards until the 2nd October it features work from the original event by Hannah Bishop and Angela Wood, and new work following on from July by Jacob Daley, Joseph Buckler and Sarah Dawes.

Joseph Buckler will also be performing another version of his composition M-U-L-T-I-P-L-A-Y-E-R (first performed in July) which has been rewritten to include a visual outcome. This will take place in the Regal auditorium on Monday 19th September at 9:00pm.

Homecoming Somerset: The Exhibition 17/09 - 02/10

Following on from the Homecoming event in July of this year, Hannah Bishop and The Regal Theatre present ‘Homecoming: The Exhibition’.

The original event was a multi-disciplinary evening to celebrate the creative endeavours of graduates from West Somerset and illuminate the importance of the arts in the county. Examining the relationship between contemporary and rural, it showcased art, design, fashion, dance, performance and ﬁlm made by over 20 graduates.

In exploring where this talent is nurtured, and the potential for imaginative arts projects in the Regal, the event utilised every space within the theatre.

From the dressing rooms to the bar, the stairwells to the balcony, the evening transformed the entire building into a journey through the theatre and the live installations of the inspired work created by young people from West Somerset.

Including: Leanne Anderson, Elizabeth Banks, Hannah Bishop, Louise Body, Joseph Buckler, Elizabeth Crossman, Jacob Daley, Sarah Dawes, Ben Dean, Theo Hawkins, Jac Husebo, Amy Lewis, Carl Lewis, Tom Paskin Robbins, Claire Price, Amanda Quartly, Jennifer Reed, Tom Stephens, Amy Wigglesworth & Angela Wood.

The exhibition during arts week shows a selection of the work from the evening and brand new work by the graduates.
